This Privacy Policy describes how futureplease LLC ("futureplease," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website and any successor or related sites we operate for it (the "Service"). The short version: the Service has no accounts, requires no sign-up, and is designed to collect as little as possible.
We do not collect names, account credentials, payment information, or precise location, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
To operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service; to understand aggregate usage; to respond to inquiries; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or "share" (as those terms are defined under California law) personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The Service runs on third-party infrastructure (such as cloud hosting and content-delivery providers) and displays content loaded from third-party sources (such as data feeds, fonts, and images). When your browser fetches such content, those providers may process your IP address and related technical data under their own privacy policies. We choose providers with established practices, and we share information with them only as needed to operate the Service, or where required by law (e.g., lawful requests), or in connection with a reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Service.
We retain technical logs and analytics data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, after which they are deleted or aggregated. Aggregate statistics (which do not identify you) may be kept indefinitely.
Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Economic Area), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. futureplease does not currently meet the revenue or data-volume thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act applicable to it; regardless, because the Service holds essentially no information tied to you, there is usually nothing for us to act on — but you can always contact us and we will respond as applicable law requires. EEA/UK visitors: we process the technical data above on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: the Service does not track you across other websites and does not build individual profiles, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off; we therefore do not respond to them.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the minimal data we handle. The Service is operated from the United States; by using it, you understand that technical data is processed in the U.S. and in regions used by our infrastructure providers.
We may update this Policy from time to time; we will post the updated version here with a new effective date, flag material changes with a notice on the Service, and apply changes prospectively only.
